You offer us:

• Ongoing studies (Bachelor/Master) with a property-specific focus or in the field of investments/finance
• Ideally initial practical experience, e.g. through an internship, working student activity or commercial training
• Knowledge of financial mathematics and property management desirable
• Confident and experienced handling of MS-Office
• Structured way of working and quick comprehension
• A way of working characterised by partnership, appreciation and team spirit
• Fluent in English
   

Your tasks with us:

• Analyses and research on real estate markets and the market for renewable energies
• Support in the preparation of business plans and calculations for the examination of possible investments
• Support for transaction processes and the financing of investments
• Support with presentations and committee submissions
• Participation in internal and external meetings
• Support in day-to-day operations
