Some projects simply stand out - and this also applies to our current project in Stuttgart. Here, we are transforming the former headquarters of Südwestbank into a state-of-the-art office building with complementary uses such as a fitness centre and food market. With a direct connection to the Schwabstraße S-Bahn station and a height of nine storeys, which is unique in the area, the building will be a real lighthouse project. And of course, sustainability also plays a prominent role in the planning here. Completion is planned for 2026.
