The FOM Real Estate Group (“FOM Group”), which has been successfully active as a project developer and asset manager for over 28 years and as a fund manager since 2020, is strengthening its team with Harald C. Salzgeber. He has been Chief Representative since July 1, 2025. Following approval by the supervisory authority, he is to be appointed as a further managing director of FOM Invest GmbH in the near future and will be responsible for portfolio management from mid-2026.
Salzgeber was previously a member of the management team at real estate service provider United Benefits Holding GmbH, where he was responsible for Institutional Client Advisory & Capital Raising D.A.C.H. The 55-year-old manager also served as Head of Institutional Investors & Business Development D.A.C.H. at Wealthcore Investment Management. At FOM Invest, he will initially work with Prof. Reinhard Walter to lead the portfolio management and sales teams, which currently comprise a total of four employees. There are plans to expand the workforce in both areas in the future.

Harald C.
